24 Hour Fitness:
If the gym or fitness center has limited hours, or isn't close enough to your home, you might struggle to make it there. Gyms are now finding it economical to remain open 24 hours.
Always inspect the entire gym and its facilities before you commit to signing up. Choose a gym that is easy for you to get to. Some gyms may offer discounts for long term memberships, so know what you're signing! If you sign up for a 36 month contract, you'll be held to it, even if you stop going.
