a gym membership before, you might be surprised to find that there are many unwritten rules enforced by bodybuilders and other people there to work out. 24 Hour Fitness: There are even some 24 hour gyms springing up to make working out accessible for everyone, no matter what their working pattern or lifestyle. Gyms are now finding it economical to remain open 24 hours. A comprehensive fitness program could include a warm-up period of easy walking followed by stretching activities to improve flexibility, then selected strength development exercises, followed by performance of an aerobic activity for 20 minutes or more, and concluding with a cool-down period of gentle flexibility exercises.
